High Energy Gymnastics For Boys
Ninja Core is a Lake City Gymnastics Program designed for boys with lots of energy! Our Ninja Core students will learn a mix of parkour moves, gymnastics, strength, agility, and tumbling. There are 5 levels to Ninja Core and each level builds upon itself. Our coaches regularly evaluate each student to decide when they’re ready to move to the next skill level.
All classes are one hour per week and $75.60 per month. We also offer discounts to families who enroll multiple children in Ninja Core classes.

Mini Ninjas
Mini Ninjas class is designed for boys ages 4 – 6. This program will prepare your child to advance into more challenging classes by introducing beginner Ninja Core skills.
Boys Ages 4 - 6
Ninja Core Level 1
Ninja Core Level 1 is for boys ages 6 – 9 and teaches fundamentals that become building blocks for more advanced ninja moves. Unless your child has had previous training in boys gymnastics or another Ninja-style program, all boys ages 6 – 9 will start with Ninja Core Level 1.
Boys Ages 6 - 9
Ninja Core Level 2
Ninja Core Level 2 is for boys who are 9 years and above. Your child will work on similar skills as Ninja Level 1 but at a faster rate and some skills will advance past level 1.
Ages 9 and Up
Ninja Core Level 3
Ninja Core Level 3 is an advanced Ninja Core Class. Required skills from Ninja Core Level 2 must be achieved before qualifying for Level 3.

Ninja Core Level 4
Ninja Core Level 4 is for kids who has successfully been able to proficiently demonstrate required skill in Level 3.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if a class is missed?
Each child is allowed one make-up class each month. The make-up class must be rescheduled within the month that it is missed.
How do I pay?
We keep a credit or debit card on file for you. Between the first and seventh of every month, your card will be charged.
Are parents able to watch classes?
Parents and caregivers are always welcome to stay and watch their child’s class, they are not allowed out on the gym floor.
What should my child wear to class?
Children can wear comfortable athletic clothes. Girls can wear a leotard and no shoes or socks are allowed on the gym floor.
Can I drop my child off for class?
Parents are able to drop off their child, but are required to come inside the gym to pick up their child. Children are not allowed to wait outside for parents or caregivers to pick them up due to safety reasons. If your child is not old enough to understand that you will return to pick them up after class or that they need to wait inside, please stay during their class.
